1. Milking, herd health, calves and a variety of field work activities. 2. The students fit and show a string of dairy cattle at the local county fair. 3. An independent study project analyzes an aspect of the farm's management.
Qualifications:
1. Open to agriculture and life science students in their junior or senior year. 2. Experience with animals or field crops is appreciated, but not nesessary. 3. Include two letters of recommendation, a letter outlining career goals, and a copy of your college transcript.
