| Responsibilities: |
1. Create an engaging and interactive youth event for the fall and handle all promotions and logistics leading up to and through the event.
2. Visit farms throughout the Midwest to craft producer profiles that capture the breadth, scope, and diversity of the dairy industry.
3. Spearhead the mentorship programs which works to connect experienced producers with youth so that both may learn through hands on experience.

| Qualifications: |
1. Must be pursuing a degree in Dairy/Animal Sciences, Communications, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
2. Should have adequate writing and speaking skills and be able to work comfortably with Microsoft World, Excel, and Quark Express.
3. Must be able to work variable hours that at times may require extensive driving.
