| Responsibilities: |
1. The Hilmar Dairy Internship program is a hands-on, working experience focused on large-scale Jersey dairy operations. Interns will have the opportunity to learn herdsman-level skills and from each others experiences at the various farms.
2. In addition to the basic cow and dairy operations skills, the program covers management issues such as employee relations, government regulations and fiscal responsibility.
3. The program goal is to develop herdsman-level dairy skills and interns are expected to be part of the dairy work team. Interns may work up to 60 hours per week.

| Qualifications: |
1. Be a college sophomore, junior, or senior student earning a degree in dairy science, dairy management or related major. Must be a U.S. Citizen
2. The program goal is to develop herdsman-level dairy skills and interns are expected to be part of the dairy work team.
3. Be available to work full-time during the program term - 10 weeks.
