Responsibilities:
1. Assist with processing herds and customer service to ABS field representatives and customers. 2. Help implement the long-term goals into each dairy. 3. Help provide protection for inbreeding, recessives and to maximize the genetic improvement set forth by each dairy.
Qualifications:
1. Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science or a related field. 2. Commitment to the dairy industry demonstrated through strong involvement in dairy-related organizations. Collegiate judging team experience is also helpful. 3. Proficiency with MS Excel and excellent organizational and communication skills a must.
